Your subscription begins as soon as your initial payment is processed. You will be charged, in one lump sum, the amount shown on the ordering page.
You can purchase additional seats any time in your Grantable Admin dashboard. Seats added during your subscription period will be charged from the date the seat is approved, and prorated on a daily basis until the end of your subscription period. New seat additions will be billed via quarterly invoices (every 3 months of the subscription period) when applicable.
On your annual renewal date, your subscription will automatically renew for another year on the then-current terms, unless you cancel your subscription in accordance with the below or G notifies you at least 30 days in advance that it is not renewing. Accordingly, every year on your annual renewal date until you or we cancel, we will automatically charge you an amount equal to the number of seats on your account multiplied by the then-current rate for your plan, plus applicable taxes.
We may change your plan’s rate each annual renewal term, but we will notify you in advance of any rate change and give you the option to cancel or receive a credit to your account. We may also change your plan’s rate at any time upon at least 14 days’ written notice, provided that if you do not agree with such pricing changes you may terminate your subscription during such notice period and receive a credit for any amounts pre-paid but not used at the time of termination.
You authorize us, through our payment processor, to store your payment method(s) and to automatically charge your payment method(s) every year (or every three months if you add seats to your account in your Grantable Admin dashboard) until you cancel. If your payment method fails, we may suspend your subscription. You can edit your payment information anytime in your Grantable Admin dashboard.
